Introduction
Blubbl respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their personal information and account data.
This page explains how users may request deletion of their data and what happens after a deletion request is submitted.
Requesting Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Blubbl account by:
Option 1 – Account Settings
- Sign in to your Blubbl account.
- Navigate to Account Settings.
- Select "Delete Account."
- Confirm the deletion request.

Users may also request account deletion by contacting:

What Happens After Deletion?
After a deletion request is confirmed:
- Account access is immediately disabled.
- Active subscriptions may be cancelled.
- Access to associated stores and services may be suspended.
- Data enters a recovery period.
Recovery Period
To protect users from accidental deletions, account data may remain recoverable for up to thirty (30) days following deletion.
During this period:
- The account remains inaccessible.
- Recovery may be possible by contacting support.
After the recovery period expires, account data is scheduled for permanent deletion from production systems.
Data Deleted
Subject to legal requirements, deletion may include:
- Account information
- Profile information
- Authentication information
- Store configuration
- Website content
- Products
- Customers
- Orders
- Marketing campaigns
- Uploaded files
- AI-generated content
- Platform settings
Backup Retention
Backup copies containing deleted information may remain in secure backup systems for up to ninety (90) days before automatic deletion or overwrite.
Backup data is not used for normal business operations and is retained solely for disaster recovery and security purposes.
Legal Retention Requirements
Certain information may be retained when required for:
- Legal compliance
- Tax obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Security investigations
- Dispute resolution
- Enforcement of agreements
Such information will be retained only for as long as necessary to satisfy applicable obligations.
Merchant Data
Merchants using Blubbl are responsible for customer data collected through their stores.
If you are a customer of a merchant operating a store powered by Blubbl, requests regarding your personal information should generally be directed to the merchant that collected your information.
Blubbl may assist merchants in responding to such requests where applicable.
OAuth Application Data Deletion
If you signed into Blubbl using:
- Apple
- Microsoft
you may request deletion of your associated account and data using the methods described on this page.
Upon deletion, associated authentication identifiers may be removed from our systems subject to applicable retention requirements.
